Why families choose The Allie Gator

An alternative to the crowded swim school.

No big classes, no waiting your turn, no embarrassment in front of other kids. Just your swimmer, your pool, and a coach who tailors every minute to them.

01

I come to you

Lessons happen in your own backyard pool, the place your child already feels safest, with none of the pressure of a packed public pool.

02

Skill-based, not age-based

Every swimmer starts with a real assessment and gets placed by ability, never lumped into a group just because of how old they are.

03

A coach who keeps it fun

Positive, patient, and never forced. The goal is a kid who loves the water, not one who dreads the next lesson.

04

A real plan

You'll know where your swimmer is starting, where they're headed, and what success looks like, measured against a clear skill ladder.

05

Certified

Infant, child & adult CPR, First Aid, and AED certified.

How it works

Four steps from first hello to real progress.

1

Reach out

Tell Allie about your swimmer through a quick form — it goes straight to her.

2

Assess

A quick 15-minute assessment to see where your child is and whether it's a good fit.

3

Plan

A custom plan toward a clear goal on the skill ladder, built around your swimmer.

4

Build

Lessons that build week over week, through technique, confidence, and all four strokes.

The skill ladder

Every swimmer knows exactly where they stand.

Five levels, named for the water. I place your child by skill, set a goal, and you watch them climb — all the way up to Gator.

Level 1

Turtle

Comfortable getting in, floats, blows bubbles, holds their breath.

Level 2

Minnow

Kicks with a board, face in the water, first strokes with help.

Level 3

Fish

Freestyle without the board, learning breathing and clean technique.

Level 4

Dolphin

Freestyle and backstroke across the pool, starting breaststroke.
